In life coaching, there are 3 criteria that set the stage for evaluation of progress. One have to rate yourself according to the scale of 1 to 10. 1 being the least and 20 being the most.
NO CHEATING or NO INNER GAMES WITH SELF.
The 3 crtieria are:
a) Clarity
b) Confidence level
c) Resources
Under each criteria, have to examine them under the question starting with - "How do you know if...."
From there do a self-evaluation and see how the level of progression that one is in.
